We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM/SMM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Create engaging content and manage publishing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
Measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns and assess against KPIs (ROI and conversion goals).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for search campaigns.
Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques for ad copies, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with video marketing, influencer outreach, or affiliate programs.
